13 March 2026
We’re inviting all children to take part in our Spring fundraising challenge.
The idea:
Aim to raise £20.26 – but any amount, big or small, is very welcome. The focus is on getting children involved, sparking their creativity, and most of all, having fun.
Children can fundraise:
- On their own
- With family
- In teams with friends
They can start right away, and the Easter holidays are a perfect time to bring their ideas to life.
Fundraising ideas:
- Sponsored challenge – run, walk, scoot, cycle, read, or set your own goal
- Helping with chores or odd jobs at home or for relatives
- Baking and selling cakes or treats
- Making and selling crafts, artwork, or cards
Deadline:
Please complete all fundraising by Friday 17 April, when children return to school after the Easter break.
How to send in donations:
- Use the QR code below
- Use the SumUp link – https://pay.sumup.com/b2c/QHWR3YH0
- Or send cash in a clearly labelled envelope to the school office
- Please include: your child’s name, class, and “£20.26 Challenge”
Every child who takes part will receive a certificate and a small reward.
All money raised will go towards the first stage of our outdoor improvement project, including:
- Refurbishing the football pitch
- Upgrading the garden area
- Enhancing other outdoor spaces across the school
We’d love to celebrate the children’s efforts in our newsletter.
Please email photos of their fundraising in action to: chairfriendsofreay@gmail.com
