Saturday 21 June brought glorious sunshine and a great turnout as families and members of the local community came together for our much-anticipated school fair.
Thanks to everyone’s enthusiasm and generosity, we’re thrilled to announce that we raised a fantastic £3,882 to support better classroom resources and much-needed repairs to our playground and school facilities.
The fair was buzzing with activity from start to finish. Creative stalls like wand-making and sand bottle crafts kept little hands busy, while others got stuck into biscuit decorating. The Nerf gun range tested aim and agility, and visitors browsed a variety of stalls including a crochet crafts table, toy and book stalls
With temperatures rising, the highlight of the day had to be the water fight on the pitch. Buckets, water pistols, and lots of laughter turned the pitch into a splash zone where children paid a small fee for timed sessions of soaked, sunny fun.
Elsewhere, visitors enjoyed classic fair favourites like the bottle and toy tombola, raffle prizes. There were plenty of refreshments too, including hot food, cold drinks, ice lollies, and popcorn to keep everyone cool and energised.
